Zumba is IBM LifePlan eligible!

Yes, it is!  

This mean that you and each of your immediate family members can claim up $200 per person annually for fitness reimbursements from IBM LifePlan!
For EACH of your family member!!!

Yep, dance classes are not eligible, gyms are not eligible, but Zumba Fitness is! :)

Please first email the Life Programs Administrator lifeadm@ca.ibm.com to confirm course eligibility and include the below information:

  • Link / Attached Brochures of the program and the vendor: http://zumbako.com
  • Program outline:  Zumba Fitness Aerobic classes
  • Instructor’s information: Licensed Zumba Instructor Lily Ko
  • Does this course have a beginning and end dates?  Yes
  • Does the schedule of the course meet specific times? Yes
  • Is the course in group format or 1 on 1 format?  Group 
Then fill in this form, and submit along with your receipt: LINK
Remember!!  LifePlan covers everyone in the whole family, including children!
You can confirm it with lifeadm@ca.ibm.com also. :)
