Some stevia for sweetener optional.
Surgar replacement, use Stevia, I like the SweetLeaf and Now brand of Liquid Stevia (available @ Amazon)
It’s 0 calories, all natural, and will not impact your insulin level.
(if you experience the “Stevia after-taste”, you’ve put too much, cut down by 1 drop next time)
Allulose and Monk Fruit are also great alternatives.
(Allulose have slight GLP-1 effect for appetite control as well!)
